Nick has over 20 years experience in architecting, developing, and maintaining real-time financial network solutions for national and international corporations.
His clients have included Bank of America, Visa International, Wells Fargo, First Union, US Bancorp, Walgreens, Caltex Oil (Texaco), and ACI Worldwide.
Nick also has 9 years of small company and startup experience in the roles of CTO, Chief Architect, Board Member, and Corporate Advisor.
Nick’s extensive career in financial network services has included being a member of the Accredited Standards Committee (ASC) X9/F6 Working Group,
whose responsibility is to develop national (ANSI) and international (ISO) standards for data security in the financial services industry.
Nick is also a named inventor on multiple Patent/Applications in the following areas: banking processes and systems, secure financial transaction networks, and general networks.

Brook Tarrant - Marketing Advisor
Brook Tarrant has over 25 years experience in software marketing, enterprise resource planning,
and developing network services for enterprise-wide and international environments.
Brook founded his first start-up in the UK in mid 1980’s, and has been involved in start-ups ever since.
Since then he has led and consulted to international marketing companies and enterprise resources groups in Europe and United States.
He has extensive experience in managing strategic marketing functions and cross-culture teams.
More recently Brook restructured and developed desktop resources for the Boston Consulting Group, resulting in a next generation KM infrastructure that was rolled out to every desktop in BCG.
Brook was with the Boston Consulting Group for eight years.
